Double counterflow main frame structure: The symmetrically arranged counterflow shafts balance the radial forces on the input shaft and the main shaft gears. The input shaft and main shaft only support the torque without bending deformation; the intermediate bearing is subject to reduced bending moment, small bending deformation, and good meshing conditions.
Auxiliary frame planetary gear mechanism: This mechanism features a compact structure, low weight, high gear ratio, and high efficiency. Since one central gear meshes with five planetary gears simultaneously, the load capacity is increased.
The center gear and ring gear of the auxiliary frame are floating to ensure even load distribution on the planetary gear mechanism. The application of the auxiliary frame’s planetary gear mechanism and the rigid support of the output shaft’s large-extension bearing ensure the output shaft’s rigidity, significantly increasing the auxiliary frame gear’s service life and effectively resolving the short service life issues common in other products.
The gear sleeve and the corresponding gear spline hole are designed with large chamfers. Simultaneously, due to the floating movement of the main shaft and the main shaft gear, it plays a role in positioning and synchronization. The use of the gear sleeve reduces the failure rate of the main frame.
When the subframe shift fork shaft is not in place, the interlock plate is engaged by the shift fork shaft, locking the main frame shift fork shaft in the neutral position. Pushing the lock plate then allows the main frame to shift to the subframe and engage with the subframe as needed.
Self-locking structure
The self-locking device of the traditional operating mechanism uses a steel ball self-locking structure, which is prone to wear. The transmission adopts a sector-shaped self-locking block and a self-locking pin shaft for self-locking, and uses a sector-shaped self-locking block and housing to limit the position.
Interlock structure:
Interlocking is achieved using an interlock fork. In a neutral driving position, only the shift block is aligned with the slot in the interlock fork, and the shift block on the other shift fork shaft is locked by the inner wall of the interlock fork, remaining locked in the neutral position, thus achieving interlocking with a good interlocking effect.
Reverse gear lock:
Structurally, to ensure that reverse gear engages, it is necessary to overcome a greater spring force and the spring force of the high and low gear positioning ring to prevent accidental engagement of reverse gear.
When the interlock fork moves with the shift shaft to select a gear, it drives the spherical sliding cylinder of the double H valve to perform the high and low gear conversion. The newly adopted double H valve structure effectively solves the high failure rate due to leakage found in other double H valve products.
